EM Flight Services was built around a simple belief: aircraft management should remain personal. Owners should know who is responsible for their airplane, understand what is happening with it and have direct access to the people making decisions.

Eli is the founder of EM Flight Services and a professional pilot with approximately 15 years of aviation experience and roughly 5,000 hours of flight time.
Throughout his career, he has worked directly with private aircraft owners and alongside aircraft management organizations. Those experiences showed him both what traditional management can do well and where it can become unnecessarily complicated, expensive or impersonal.
EM Flight Services was created around a different approach: keep the operation personal, remain independent, communicate directly with the owner and make decisions based on what is best for the aircraft.
Eli remains actively involved in the aircraft and clients supported by the company.

Laura has been part of EM Flight Services since the beginning, working alongside Eli to grow the company and support its clients and aircraft.
With more than eight years of aviation experience across airline and FBO operations, Laura brings a strong background in aviation, travel, customer service, organization and administrative operations.
She manages scheduling, hotel and ground transportation arrangements, aircraft records, maintenance documentation, inspection tracking, vendor documentation, invoices and daily office operations.
Her attention to detail helps ensure that important dates, records and operational requirements don't get overlooked.

We do not pretend to specialize in every aircraft ever built. We bring real operational perspective, know when to involve the right technical experts, and remain accountable to the owner throughout the process.
